bed and breakfast a Roma "Camere Cipro B&B" Dear Anna, This was a lovely B&B, well located close to the Vatican and the metro. I had the single room - with bathroom outside the room but for me to use exclusively- being 5.5 months pregnant, that still worked out ok. Senora Zelli was extremely nice & helpful. Thanks for a nice mini-vacations in Rome!
15 Maggio 2007 _______________________________________________ Venice BB vs Rome 1) When I first got there, I was lost, in the rain
for one and half hour till I found the BB. The address did not match any thing on the map.
The directions where very, very poor. Had it not been for the help of God and good luck, I
would have never found it. 2) There was only cold showers in Venice. When I complaint to other guest, the lady who's name was never given to me, told me not to talk so loud. When I told her the water was cold for the last two days, she acted surprised. While Anne BB I had my own shower and the water was hot, hot. It was so nice to have my own bathroom with hot water 3) Venice I had to share the bathroom with six other rooms. I had to go so bad, the last morning, their was a couple in the only bathroom, and they took their time. When they finally got out, the whole bathroom was under water. The water had over run. Because of poor drainage. I had to remove my clothes to go to the bathroom, other wise my clothes would have gotten wet. 4) Anna made it very clear through emails that I had
a balance to paid when I first got there. 5) The last night the other guest came to the home drunk, and where loud and woke us that went to sleep normal time up. The next morning, the lady at Venice was very rude to me and the other guest telling us to be quite for the other guest, at 9:30 AM. She was rude, and treated us like high school kids, when we where only talking about how cold the water was in the shower, and how the bathroom was flooded, and then she yells at us? She too woke up the other guest yelling us to be quite. She was rude, and I will never go back there to that BB again. While Anne treated me so nice, and very professional. Gave me my own keys, and I give Anne an A over all. While Venice got a D. 6) Venice gave me rotten bread to eat. I did not eat it, and gave it to the birds instead. They had a poor breakfast set up. Anna had a great arrangement with a coffee shop near by that served me espresso and Danish every day. Anna gets an A for that as well. Venice an F. The city of Rome, was disappointing to me. The graffiti every where, and trash. The people of Rome, only 30% where nice. The other 70% where very rude to each other and guest. They hardly never stop for people walking across the street. And would not help me when I was on the Internet. This is not Anna fault. She too had to live there. Venice the people where 95% nice to me. But I understand from someone else, Northern Italy people are so much different then South Italy people. Rome is bigger then Venice as well. I hope this report falls in the right hands. Feed back is always good to have. Anna gets an A I copy her. She also gets an A with communication. She gave me both her email address and phone number. Venice gave me not a phone number or any email address and gets a f for that as well Thank you Anna for making my stay in Rome so nice.
