PICK UP SERVICE:
We can book for our guests, a car with driver from Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport or from Ciampino Airport, the service is at your expenses, we will send you an e mail with the exact price to be paied directly to the driver.
In order to book the driver we need :flight number, date of arrival,exact time of arrival,Airport name departure, Airport name arrival, name and numeber of people that will need this service.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

- 30% of total amout when booking is required as an advanced account

- we don't have credit cards
- the 30% deposit must be sent by bank transfer
- any changes regarding arrival date, must be notified by e mail or by phone, 
  at leat 15 days before the arrival, otherwise the 30% of deposit will be lost.
- rates are all inclusive, taxes included
- keys of house, so you can came in and go out freely
- smokers friendly allowed
- little dogs allowed ( extra Euro 5,00 per day)
- luggage deposit, when we can, up 15:00 p.m.
- check in : after 13:00
- check out. 10:00 a.m.
