TERM AND CONDITIONS

The room can be booked by e mail, or by phone.

In order to keep the reservation of the room we need:
- name and surname of the guests
- cellular phone ( if you have one)
- exact time of arrival in order to wait for you
- how many nights you need
- if you need double room, please tell us if double or separate beds

Payment cash at the arrival

ACCOUT 30% in order to book the room by bank transferring, in this case will will give you the name of the Bank - the settlement cash at the arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No penality fo cancellation within 20 days from the arrival
• ''No show'', and in advane departure are not refundable  
• the 30% of  whole reservation account or 1 night of the prenotation if the amount is inferior, must be paied for cancellation within 20 days from the arrival

Bed and Breakfast "Camere Cipro B&B" is in the center od Rome, Vatican Saint Peter, in Prati , in front of subway "Line A", Stop  Cipro closed to Vatican Museums, the Vatican Museums  and Sistine Chapel are  at 5 minutes by walking from us and Saint Peter Cathedral is at 10 minutes  by walking from us All the centre of Rome is  very closed from us, it takes 15 minutes by walking to go to Navona Square, in front of us there are the Subway and Buses.(just crossing the road) The b&b is in front of Vatican City.

2 bedrooms  with bathroom inside,  1 bedroom bathroom outside and Private
The room have bed linen, towels, hair drayer, color Tv in bedrooms, ventilator, the breakfast at Bar iPastry s included. Is not allowed the use of the kitchen. Pets allowed, Smokers allowed.

At your expenses, if you wish it,we can arrange for you the pick up from the AIRPORT, in this case we can book for you a car with driver from and to the Airports of Rome: Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci or Ciampino ( in ths case we will send you an e mail with the exact expenses to be paied to the driver)

Bed and Breakfast "Camere Cipro B&B"  is a few steps away from St. Peter's Church , and in the centre of Rome it is  very closed to the  important  Hystorical Places of Rome. the b&b is centrally postioned, you will easily reach the closest Subway station : Metro A , bus,  and taxi (P.zzale Degli Eroi), you can have every kind of store, sites or restaurants, banks,change,pharmacies , internet point, etc
